Company Overview
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to grow market share in the NY/NJ region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design or building materials, strong communication skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
You'll represent one of the region's most respected stone suppliers, helping clients select premium materials, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the sales pipeline from first interaction through delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with fabricators, designers, architects, contractors, and builders
- Conduct regular showroom visits, onsite client meetings, and territory outreach
- Guide clients through stone selection, offering product knowledge and aesthetic recommendations
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's inventory, including new arrivals and specialty pieces
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Meet sales goals and drive consistent territory growth
- Represent the brand with professionalism, expertise, and enthusiasm
Qualifications

- 2 years of sales experience in building materials, stone, tile, luxury design products, or related industries
- Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach
- Interest or background in interior design, construction, architecture, or fabrication
- Excellent communication, follow-through, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with internal teams.
