Technical Project Manager - Controls
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager - Controls to lead and oversee projects focused on Building Automation Systems (BAS) and energy management solutions. The ideal candidate will manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets while ensuring successful implementation of advanced control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of BAS projects from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to controls and automation systems.
- Provide technical expertise in HVAC controls and Energy Management Systems during project implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the controls or automation industry.
- Strong knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC controls.
- Experience with EMS, direct digital control (DDC), and PLC programming is a plus.
- Familiarity with Tridium, Modbus, BMS, and energy efficiency standards is preferred.
