Position Overview

This role is pivotal in delivering strategic tax and accounting solutions. You'll work closely with clients to navigate complex financial landscapes, ensuring compliance and uncovering opportunities for growth and savings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
• Conduct tax research and advise on planning strategies tailored to client needs
• Assist in preparing accurate financial statements and reports
• Manage and nurture client relationships with a focus on trust and long-term value
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering professional development
• Stay current on evolving tax laws and regulatory changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or EA designation preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax and accounting
• Strong command of federal and state tax regulations
• Proficiency with accounting software and reporting tools
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
