- Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
- Assist in tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements for a diverse client base.
- Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with managers and partners on client service strategies.
- Supervise and mentor staff accountants, providing feedback and guidance.
- CPA license or working toward certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's in Taxation a plus.
- 3 years of public accounting tax experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
