Position Overview

The Tax Manager will oversee the tax compliance and planning activities for our organization, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations while optimizing tax strategies to minimize liabilities. This role is vital in providing expert guidance and support to internal teams and clients on tax-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Coordinate tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
• Provide guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders on tax-related issues.
• Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for savings.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on taxation.
• Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
