Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax legislation.
- Coordinate and manage audits by tax authorities, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
- Prepare financial reports related to tax obligations and implications.
- Manage international tax issues and compliance to ensure adherence to global tax standards.
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and corporate tax laws.
- Provide guidance on accounting principles and their impact on tax reporting.
- Evaluate tax risks and develop risk management strategies.
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic tax advice.
- Utilize tax software for efficient tax preparation and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Experience with tax software and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience in audit coordination and risk management.

Salary : $80,000 - $140,000
