Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage tax compliance for individuals, corporations, LLCs, and partnerships.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize client tax liabilities.
- Review and prepare federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Provide guidance and support to junior tax staff on complex tax issues.
- Stay updated on tax legislation and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
- Conduct tax research and prepare written analyses on various tax matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in tax accounting or tax management.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
- Experience with tax planning for individuals and businesses of various structures (LLCs, partnerships, corporations).
