Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Admin to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of all systems and networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing network security protocols, and providing technical support to staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Implement and monitor network security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Provide technical support to employees and assist with IT-related inquiries.
- Document IT processes and maintain inventory of all IT assets.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
