Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize all supply chain activities within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring efficient material flow, cost-effective procurement, and timely delivery of products to meet production and customer demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to align supply chain processes with production goals.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure quality and reliability.
- Analyze data to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor supply chain team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and production planning.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
