Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Coordinate with production planning and scheduling to align manufacturing with supply and demand requirements.
- Oversee the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve service levels and reduce costs.
- Utilize ERP and SAP systems to track and manage supply chain processes and data.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in supply chain, scheduling, or operations planning.
- Strong knowledge of SIOP processes, inventory control, and production planning methodologies.
- Proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems related to supply chain management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
