- D Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Sunday 7 am - 7 pm
- Both are an 84 hour bi-weekly schedule
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor for our Night Shift operations in Extrusion Coating, Liquid Coating, and Converting. The ideal candidate will oversee production processes, ensure quality standards are met, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise night shift operations in extrusion coating, liquid coating, and converting processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Lead, train, and develop production staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and address any production issues.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in extrusion and plastics.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in a production setting.
- Strong understanding of extrusion coating and liquid coating processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours as required.
- Associated Degree OR 3 years of experience in lieu of degree preferred.
