Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations and manage on-site personnel.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules and timelines effectively.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and general construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
