Superintendent

This company hires superintendents for the long haul and does NOT lay off supers in the winter.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
• Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years superintendent experience 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bridge or marine experience strongly preferred
• DOT experience required 
• Significant experience with sitework, utilities, concrete, deep foundations, or structural steel would be great
