Superintendent

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of commercial construction, particularly in hotel, casino, restaurant, and retail projects, as well as experience in ground-up builds and tenant improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on the construction site to ensure project progress and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and other project personnel to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to address any issues or changes.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete and accurate, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate various trades effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage team dynamics.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
