Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee our commercial construction projects, particularly in data center construction. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and labor for efficient workflow
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project updates
• Monitor project progress and provide timely reports on milestones and potential issues
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of data center construction processes and requirements
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
