Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on construction sites
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers
- Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Monitor and enforce safety standards and protocols
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders regarding project updates
- Prepare and submit necessary reports related to project progress and issues
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
- Experience with ground-up construction projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred
- Proficient in construction management software
