Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves direct supervision of construction activities, coordination with subcontractors, and effective communication with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and site activities to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Monitor project progress and report on status, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective measures as needed to maintain compliance with project specifications.
• Assist in the development of project schedules and budgets, and manage resources accordingly.
• Facilitate communication between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Experience with Tenant Improvement and Interior Office Buildouts is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
