Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent - Industrial to oversee and manage our industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy industrial and commercial construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for industrial projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage and supervise construction personnel, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports as required.
- Implement lean construction techniques to optimize project efficiency and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and industry standards.
- 5 years of Proven experience as a Superintendent in ground-up up WTP/WWTP, self-perform experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of heavy industrial projects, including water and wastewater treatment plants.
- Familiarity with site work, concrete, and piping operations.
- Experience in municipal construction and inspection processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
