Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee our multifamily construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive travel and strong leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities on multiple multifamily projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and safety
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety standards
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
- Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation
- Resolve any issues that arise during construction in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically in multifamily projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel frequently to various job sites
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- OSHA certification is a plus

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
