Superintendent- Mechanical/ HVAC/ Plumbing
Location: Miami, FL.
Salary: $90K-$140K (Based on Experience)
A leading mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee Commercial and Residential Plumbing as well as Mechanical and HVAC projects. This individual will lead field operations, manage schedules, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications
- 2 years of Superintendent experience
- Strong background in Mechanical, HVAC, Commercial Plumbing, and Residential Plumbing
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Proven leadership and project coordination skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and construction best practices
Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day field operations
- Manage crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Ensure quality control and job site safety
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower
- Maintain communication with project stakeholders
