Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities on-site
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients and engineers
- Develop and implement project schedules and budgets
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the construction process
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction or utilities
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
