Superintendent - Commercial Interiors

We are looking for a Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced tenant improvement and corporate interiors work.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established Dallas GC with a strong pipeline of office renovations, corporate interiors, and fast-track commercial projects. We're looking for someone who can build relationships in the field, keep subcontractors accountable, and deliver projects on schedule without sacrificing quality.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial interiors projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, deliveries, and inspections
• Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards
• Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and building management teams
• Identify and solve field issues before they impact the schedule
• Manage projects from demolition through final punch list

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Superintendent on commercial TI/interiors projects
• Strong understanding of office renovations and occupied-space construction
• Ability to manage multiple trades in fast-paced environments
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction
