Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion under the Job Order Contracting (JOC) framework.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on Job Order Contracting.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar construction projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are preferred.
- $95,000 - $125,000 base salary (DOE)
