Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Job Order Contracting (JOC) division. The ideal candidate will lead project teams in the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects while ensuring adherence to quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion under the Job Order Contracting (JOC) framework.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on Job Order Contracting.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar construction projects successfully.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are preferred.
