Project sizes ranging anywhere from $10 - $100M.What You Need for this PositionAt least 10 years experience:
- As a Project Manager - Project Executive - or Sr PM
- Software: Vista Viewpoint is preferred
- Procore (5 - 10 Years)
- New Ground Up
- Renovation
- Multifamily Projects
- Garden Style Walk Up
- Commercial Projects
- Projects Ranging from $10 - $100M
- Experience Managing a Team of PM's, Assistants, and Internal Support StaffWhat's In It for You- Salary: $130 - $150K Base
