Mechanical Design Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components, ensuring high performance and reliability. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and experience with various design software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HVAC systems into building designs.
• Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for fabrication processes.
• Conduct simulations and analyses to validate designs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize Trace 700 for load calculations to optimize HVAC system performance.
• Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in the fabrication and assembly of prototypes, overseeing quality control measures.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Revit software.
• Familiarity with HVAC system design and functionality.
• Experience with fabrication processes and materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
