Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Electrical Design Engineer with expertise in designing electrical systems for airports and hangars. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading electrical design projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions in the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design process for airport and hangar projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
• Develop detailed electrical plans, specifications, and design calculations for various aviation facilities.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
• Conduct site assessments and inspections to ensure electrical installations meet design specifications and safety standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design work within budget constraints.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to electrical engineering in aviation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in aviation, airports, or hangars.
• Proficiency in CAD software, AutoCAD, and Revit for electrical design.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards applicable to aviation facilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and project stakeholders.
