Location: Solana Beach, CA - relocation offered!

Compensation: $120K - $150K uncapped bonuses

Requirement: 2 years of civil litigation, with a focus on estate planning, trust administration, and probate.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Litigation Attorney to join our firm, specializing in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and a passion for helping clients navigate complex estate matters. This role will involve representing clients in court, providing legal counsel, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases related to estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Advise clients on estate planning options and create tailored estate plans to meet their needs.
• Assist in the administration of trusts and estates, ensuring proper compliance with legal requirements.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in estate planning and civil litigation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of CA. Licenses in Nevada, Wyoming, Arizona, Texas, or Florida are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on estate planning, trust administration, and probate.
• Proven trial experience.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
