Sr Solutions Specialist (Cisco Networking)

160k-200k base uncapped commission

Location: 1-3 days a week in-office or with customers (the rest of the week is remote)

Location: either in Scottsdale, AZ or Chicago, IL area - There are 2 different roles (whichever one you're closer to)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sr Solutions Specialist to join our Pre-Sales team, focusing on Cisco Networking solutions. This role is primarily responsible for engaging with clients to understand their networking needs, presenting tailored solutions, and working closely with sales teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess their networking requirements and propose tailored Cisco solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Cisco products.
• Provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations and solution architecture discussions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Assist in the development of proposal documents and technical specifications for client projects.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful implementation of Cisco solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales role, specifically with Cisco networking solutions.
• CCNA and/or CCNP preferred
• Strong Routing, Switching experience
• Cisco Meraki will be nice to have
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, data center technologies, and Cisco product portfolio.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or other Cisco credentials are highly desirable.
