Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of special projects within the division.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed work plans to ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to financial and time constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to stay on track.
- Conduct regular project meetings to report on status, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in HVAC or mechanical systems.
- Proven track record of managing special projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
