Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the SMT production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor the SMT process and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement improvements to enhance product quality.
- Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in SMT and PCB manufacturing.
- Collaborate with engineering and management teams to optimize production processes and equipment utilization.
- Proven experience in SMT, PCB manufacturing, and production line management.
- Strong understanding of surface mount technology and printed circuit board assembly.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements.
- Familiarity with electronics and manufacturing equipment related to SMT and PCBA.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred, but not required.
$75,000-$85,000/year
