Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage safety programs and policies to reduce workplace incidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
- Provide training to employees on safety procedures and protocols, OSHA 30, and OSHA 500 standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to promote a culture of safety on construction sites.
- Manage incident reporting processes, including investigation of accidents and near misses, and develop corrective action plans as needed.
- At least 2 years of experience in safety management or site safety preferably in construction
- Certification of OSHA 500 and OSHA 30 training courses.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively train and manage staff towards safety compliance.
