Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the service department, including construction and maintenance teams.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Oversee project management from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to ensure project requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for team members to maintain high service standards.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.
- Assist in business development efforts, including cold calling and proposal submissions.
- Proven experience in construction management and service operations.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in project management and customer service.
- Familiarity with RFI, Request for Proposal processes, and business development strategies.
