Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing surveying projects, ensuring quality control, and achieving SQP goals. This role requires a deep understanding of surveying principles and practices, along with a strong focus on concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage surveying projects from inception to completion
• Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards in all surveying activities
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align surveying tasks with project goals
• Monitor and evaluate project progress to achieve SQP goals
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior surveyors and staff
• Utilize advanced surveying tools and software for accurate measurements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in surveying, with a focus on concrete projects
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards
• Experience with SQP goals and project management
• Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
