Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities and manage on-site staff
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Utilize Procore for project management and documentation purposes
- Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate project records
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status
- Travel to various project sites as required to ensure project alignment and execution
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial construction, with a focus on semiconductor or manufacturing projects
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies and construction practices
- Proficiency in Procore and Autodesk software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel frequently to project sites as needed
