Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design intent is met.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily reports.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or costs.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Typical Healthcare ground up projects ranger from $10M-$50M
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial, industrial, or healthcare construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and project management tools.
