Position Overview
The Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical will oversee and manage the construction of mission-critical facilities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive experience in data center construction and a strong understanding of industrial building processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ground-up construction projects for mission-critical facilities such as data centers.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to site personnel and trade contractors.
- Develop and implement construction schedules, strategies, and procedures to optimize workflow.
- Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Prepare and present project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, specifically in mission-critical or data center projects.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager in large-scale industrial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to project sites as required.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Salary : $170,000 - $210,000
