What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Superintendent - Construction position at CyberCoders?
Talked to the owner of this sitework shop, and he's offering an exceptional comp plan for a good concrete super:
- $175-$200k base
- Performance bonus potential (they have target profit margins and if the crew brings it in at a higher margin he splits it with his team)
- 401K w/ match
- Company truck or vehicle stipend
- Health insurance
Looking for someone with significant concrete experience. High wall podium construction and rebar exp are both nice to have as well.
Key Responsibilities- Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
- Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years civil superintendent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Concrete experience
- Podium experience
- Rebar experience
- Parking garage experience
