What you'll do

• Build accurate, detailed estimates from the ground up from our Worcester MA area office
• Lead bid teams, assign responsibilities, and drive the development schedule.
• Review plans, specs, takeoffs, and subcontractor pricing with a sharp eye.
• Present estimates to leadership and own the closeout process.
• Support operations with pricing, technical insight, and cost vs actual reviews.
• Stay ahead of trends, cost history, and best practices so your estimates stay sharp.

What you bring

• 7 years of estimating experience.
• Expertise in concrete, structural work, and general carpentry.
• Strong leadership instincts and the ability to guide small team of estimators
• Advanced understanding of estimating fundamentals and conceptual pricing.
