Position Overview
The Senior Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by leveraging technical expertise and business acumen. This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support to the sales team and customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of our interconnect and connector products. The ideal candidate will be skilled in translating complex technical information into actionable solutions for clients, fostering strong relationships and facilitating business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical insights.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the interconnect and connector markets.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and bids for customers.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Train and mentor junior sales engineers and support staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales roles.
- Experience in the interconnect/connectors space
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Strong technical knowledge of interconnects and connectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Base Salary: $95K-$110K
- Up to 100% bonus (OTE: $220K!)
