We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent to oversee and manage our data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mission-critical industrial construction and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all phases of data center construction projects from ground up to completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Lead and mentor on-site construction teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Travel to various project sites as required to oversee operations and meet with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with a focus on data centers or mission-critical facilities.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up construction projects.
- Familiarity with AWS, Meta, and industry-specific technologies related to data centers.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relations.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites as needed.
