Senior Project Manager

 

One of NH's top mechanical contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC and plumbing projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing resources and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
• Manage project financials and documentation processes such as RFIs, change orders and submittals
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management at a commercial mechanical contractor in NH preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping and plumbing systems
• Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam or similar
• Ability to maintain project financials and documentation

Base salary $130,000-175,000/year
