Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee our wastewater treatment construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the heavy civil sector, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage wastewater construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Utilize project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam for documentation and tracking.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, specifically in wastewater and heavy civil projects.
• Experience with excavation, river diversions and water tank construction management is highly desired.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam software is a plus.
