Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage federal construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate project planning, estimating, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards.
- Manage subcontractor relationships and performance to meet project requirements.
- Implement cost control measures to achieve project budget goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in federal construction.
- Experience with US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) projects.
- Strong knowledge of self-performed work and subcontractor management.
- Proficiency in project estimating, scheduling, and cost control techniques.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to project sites across the country.

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
