We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Mission Critical projects. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage complex projects in data centers, power plants, and warehouses, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of mission critical projects in data centers and power plants.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes.
- Manage project resources, including budget management, personnel allocation, and material procurement.
- Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations and standards, particularly in construction and electrical work.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in mission critical environments such as data centers or power plants.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and practices related to mission critical facilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to project sites and meetings.

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
