Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in mechanical construction to lead our projects effectively. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring adherence to quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of mechanical construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation and reports to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the mechanical construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial construction processes, including HVAC, piping, sheet metal, and plumbing.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
