Heavy Industrial Sr Project Manager

Position Overview
The Heavy Industrial Sr Project Manager will oversee large-scale industrial projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing project teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and applying extensive knowledge of various industries such as power, pulp and paper, manufacturing, and more to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale industrial projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and procurement, to deliver projects efficiently.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure quality control throughout all phases of the project, maintaining high standards of work.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within heavy industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in managing projects related to Power, Pulp and Paper, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Cold Storage, Automotive, Semiconductor, and Food and Beverage industries.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
