About The Role

You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
- Lead project teams and coordinate with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors
- Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local codes
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Drive safety culture and enforce company safety standards
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical construction project management
- Proven track record managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
