Senior Project Manager - Data Centers

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee our data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is pivotal in coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to drive successful project execution in mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data center construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
• Implement project schedules, track progress, and report on key milestones.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) integration and installations.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive management of issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven experience managing project costs and schedules effectively.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 safety regulations.
• Experience with semiconductor and MEP systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
