Requirements: 10 Years Experience as Project Manager on commercial or industrial projects
The company is a well established Design/Build general contractor with a strong portfolio of current and upcoming projects. It is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, though candidates operating at the Project Executive level will also be considered.
This individual will oversee ground up commercial and industrial projects valued at $20M and above, managing all phases of construction including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overall project execution.

- Oversee all phases of the project and ensure successful completion including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
- Review and approve project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
- Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.
- 10 years in a Project Manager role at other General Contracting companies
- Experience on multiple ground-up projects exceeding $30M
- Background on projects in either commercial, industrial, or related
- Strong understanding of Construction documents
- Ability to manage medium and large-scale projects
