Senior Project Manager - Civil Infrastructure

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee our construction projects in civil infrastructure, specifically in roads, bridges, and sidewalks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while effectively managing project teams and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including TxDOT requirements.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing civil infrastructure projects, specifically in roads, bridges, and sidewalks.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and TxDOT guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
